# Channel SOP — Reddit, Facebook groups, and forums

**Load when:** the founder chose this channel on the CMO board. Do not load during the strategy overview.

**Use when:** buyers ask detailed questions or describe pains in identifiable communities and the founder can participate as a member.

**Avoid when:** success requires link dumps, repeated copy, fake accounts, private-group scraping, or ignoring rules.

## Execution

1. Find threads via `GET /api/gtm/agent/leads` or a URL the founder pastes. Never invent threads.
2. Show each lead as `[title](post_url)` · community · one-line fit. That is enough context.
3. Ask `open in extension | save | skip`.
4. **Do not** fetch the Reddit/Facebook page, JSON, screenshot, or comments.
5. **Do not** draft, rewrite, or 90/10 a comment in this agent.
6. On **open in extension**, send the founder to the clickable URL with the [NicheReach Chrome extension](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/nichereach/meijkmdpgkfookehfglnkdcjgobheemp). The extension reads the thread, drafts a help-first reply, runs the safety check, and the founder clicks Comment/Send.
7. Never auto-post, impersonate a customer, or claim publication.

## Weekly cadence

- 3 useful replies in distinct, relevant conversations (via the extension);
- 0–1 soft mention when the extension/safety check allows;
- optionally one original educational post only after observing community norms;
- follow up on replies as a conversation, not a funnel sequence.

## Measure

Primary: qualified conversations, useful follow-ups, profile/site actions, activation/payment. Karma, likes, and raw comments are diagnostic.

Continue in communities producing repeated right-person conversations. Change topic/message if replies are polite but unqualified. Stop in communities that reject the behavior or consistently mismatch the ICP. Record skipped subreddits/groups.
