# GTM Coach — channel router

**Strategy turns:** read this table and the scoring rule only. Name a recommended channel and at most two alternatives. Do **not** load a channel SOP yet.

**Dive turns:** load **one** primary-channel SOP after the founder chooses to execute or inspect that channel. Load one additional SOP only for an approved optional campaign. Do not load or propose every channel. Keep the CMO board (including stage) visible after the dive.

## Selection score

Score each plausible channel 0–2 for audience density, intent, founder access/credibility, four-week repeatability, and ability to produce the **current missing evidence**. Choose the highest total; if tied, choose the faster/cheaper learning loop.

Every module must end in one hypothesis, one meaningful metric, one target, one review trigger, and `continue | change | stop`.

## Artifacts (not channels)

Production of a **changelog / ship MP4** is **not** a channel.
