# Channel SOP — Podcasts, guest newsletters, and guest content

**Use when:** a host/publication already reaches the ICP and the founder has a useful, specific lesson, case, dataset, story, or demonstration.

**Avoid when:** the pitch is “feature my startup,” the audience is large but mismatched, or the proposed topic is a product announcement.

## Pitch

1. Prove audience fit with one specific show/issue/article reference.
2. Offer 2–3 audience outcomes or angles, each useful without buying.
3. Explain why the founder has credible experience/evidence.
4. Make production easy: concise bio, examples, availability, assets.

Example:

`Your audience of {ICP} often asks {problem}. I can share {specific lesson/evidence}, including {useful example} and {limitation}. Possible angles: {A/B}.`

## Execution

Teach clearly, use real stories with permission, name limitations, and keep the product mention proportionate. Create one destination matched to the appearance—not a generic homepage if a useful guide/example is better. Follow up by helping distribute the finished work.

## Measure

Primary: qualified visits/subscribers → conversations/activation/payment. Diagnose accepted pitch rate, publication reach, completion, direct replies, and source-attributed actions.

Continue with hosts whose audience acts and overlaps. Refine the angle if pitches are declined. Stop chasing prestige audiences that produce no qualified relationship.
