Frequently asked questions

Are Nichestarter and NicheReach separate products?

Yes. Nichestarter is the web app for discovering pain points and ideas. NicheReach finds matching Reddit threads and helps you reach those people with account-safe drafts — Chrome for the reply, inbox for auto-discover. They share one account and one plan. Reply limits are included with Free, Basic, and Premium — they are not a second subscription.

What's the difference between Free, Basic, and Premium?

Free users get weekly reports and can subscribe to featured topics. Basic users ($5/mo) can subscribe to public topics and get daily emails. Premium users ($15/topic) get one custom Nichestarter topic and one NicheReach auto-discover per topic, plus 150 replies/month per topic. NicheReach reply limits: Free 3 lifetime, Basic includes a 3-day trial then 100/month.

What does one Premium topic include?

Each Premium topic is one seat: one custom Nichestarter topic you can scrape, one NicheReach project with auto-discover on, and 150 Reddit replies per month. Auto-discover pauses at 50 unreviewed posts until you save or dismiss them. Free and Basic keep drafting; they cannot start auto-discover.

How do NicheReach reply limits work?

NicheReach counts a reply when you submit a comment on Reddit, not when a draft is generated. Free includes 3 replies total. Subscribe to Basic for a 3-day trial with 100 replies/month. Paid plans refresh every 30 days on your billing date. If you are on Basic or Premium and need more before then, you can buy a $3 pack for +50 replies (valid 30 days). Free accounts cannot buy reply packs. Premium multiplies the allowance by your topic count.

Will Premium get more NicheReach features?

Premium includes auto-discover: daily matching of recent Reddit posts to the project you confirmed. Free and Basic keep the core drafting, safety score, and reply limits. NicheReach never posts for you.

What happens after the 3-day trial?

The Basic plan includes a 3-day free trial. After your trial ends, you'll be charged the monthly subscription fee. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends with no charge. Premium plan subscriptions start immediately without a trial period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period.
