Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Nichestarter (Nichestarter) at www.nichestarter.ai and the NicheReach Chrome extension. By using the products, you agree to these terms.
The products
Nichestarter helps you discover community pain points and business ideas. NicheReach helps you draft Reddit replies that match a product you confirm. Drafts are suggestions only. NicheReach does not post comments for you.
Your account
You must provide a valid email and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You may sign in with email or Google.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use NicheReach to spam, scrape Reddit at scale, or violate Reddit or subreddit rules
- Misrepresent AI-generated text as required by the communities you post in
- Attempt to bypass reply limits, safety features, or billing
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the service
You are solely responsible for every comment you post. Safety scores and rule warnings are guidance, not a guarantee that a community or Reddit will accept your post.
Plans, quotas, and refunds
Free and paid Nichestarter plans include a limited number of NicheReach replies, counted when you submit a comment on Reddit. Extra reply packs expire 30 days after purchase. Paid website subscriptions renew until you cancel. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period or pack has started.
Intellectual property
We own the Nichestarter and NicheReach software, branding, and site content. You keep rights to the product information you enter and the comments you post. You grant us a license to process that information solely to provide the service.
Disclaimer
The products are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that drafts will be accurate, that Reddit accounts will stay in good standing, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost profits, account bans, or indirect damages.

Changes and contact
