TTRPG GMs Freeze Mid-Session When Players Deviate — No Tool Generates Canon-Consistent, Thematic Content On the Fly

Game masters are expected to improvise rich, tonally coherent scenes when players go off-script, avoid expected themes, or bypass prepared material — but existing tools offer no real-time support. Static note apps, random tables, and generic AI chatbots do not understand the campaign's established canon, factions, relics, relationships, or intended genre.
