  In organizations ranging from companies to universities, supplier transactions flow through with nobody independently verifying that the suppliers are real, that the goods/services were actually needed for the stated purpose, or that procurement and financial rules were followed. Insider allegations describe sponsored research funds being diverted via friendly suppliers into personal purchases (phones, TVs, laptops, even car EMIs), with the reviewer asking the unanswerable questions: 'Who verifies the bills? How are suppliers scrutinized? Where is the accountability?' There is no independent, safe mechanism for an employee to check supplier legitimacy or flag suspicious procurement without fear of retaliation, and no product provides source-backed supplier scrutiny tied to purchase legitimacy. Existing audit and compliance tools operate after the fact on internal records and cannot independently validate an external supplier's identity, ownership, or whether the spend itself is legitimate — leaving a high-value, high-anxiety gap completely unsolved.
