• Curriculum and Pedagogy Reforms Are Rolled Out Without Faculty Training, Clear Communication, or Student Support

  Institutions adopt ambitious curriculum overhauls (e.g., Outcome-Based Learning) but fail to explain them, train the faculty expected to deliver them, or provide implementation support. Faculty openly admit they cannot understand or implement the new framework, while students are left without the basics — enough teachers, classrooms, infrastructure, and placement support — and describe themselves as guinea pigs in a failed pedagogical experiment. The measurable 'outcome' becomes graduates arriving at the end of their degree with a placement officer that is itself still a future goal. This is a severe, unsolved administrative burden: there is no effective system to translate top-down pedagogical mandates into clear, trainable, teacher-ready curriculum materials, to secure genuine faculty buy-in before rollout, or to track whether promised student outcomes are actually being delivered. The result is wasted semesters, demoralized faculty, frustrated students, and broken trust in curriculum planning.
