A 0–100 composite from peer Karma reviews (40%), customer ratings (35%), and public activity (25%). Missing evidence counts as 0. Small samples shrink toward a neutral prior.
Nothing is inferred from marketing copy
Activity can use the listing fields and verification flag. Peer and customer scores only move when a signed-in user writes a row. Owners cannot review themselves. Missing review dimensions count as 0 in the 40/35/25 mix, and early averages shrink toward 50 until five reviews land.
